Villa Luka is the ideal place for a family vacation. Aside from being beautifully built and decorated, the location is just perfect. A car is not necessary as a short walk leads directly to the sea and the center of Fazana. In the center of Fazana there is a long pebble beach, a few shops and many good local fish restaurants. Brijuni National Park is just a 10-minute ferry ride away. From the balcony on the first floor you have also a small sea view and a view on the popular Brijuni National Park Islands.

The villa is located in a large, beautifully landscaped garden with an irrigation system. There are also two covered parking spaces in front of the house.

The beautiful swimming pool in the garden invites you to spend pleasant hours in the sun. You can also grill and prepare delicious meals outdoors. The dining table for 8 people has a beautiful view of the pool and promises pleasant evenings with family and friends.

There are 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, a sauna with a shower.

All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and a TV. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, making the villa even more suitable for families with children. The dining and living room is also on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the terrace and relax by the pool on the sun loungers. Children have their own fun area - a little house and playground made just for them. For more fun and activities you can go cycling (we offer 2 free bikes at the villa but you can rent of course more) or play table tennis & table football. After a great ride or a game, relax in the sauna located on the ground floor.



The town of Fazana is proud of its fishing tradition and incredible atmosphere. Fazana is only 5 km away from Pula, which is known for many events and events.
