1. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and provide a government‑issued ID. By booking, you agree to all rules listed here.
2. No smoking, vaping, drug use inside the home/property, or noise outside quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM). Violations may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,000.
3. Optional deep cleaning for stays over 30 days is $300 and takes 2–3 hours.
4. Only registered guests may stay overnight; children count as guests. Unapproved visitors or extra guests incur a $200 fee per person, per night. Written pre-approval required for gatherings. Extra fees required.
5. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. Stained linens are charged at twice replacement cost. Lost or damaged remotes incur a $200 fee for each lost or damaged remote.
6. Each registered guest is allotted one bed. Using additional bed(s) beyond the number of registered guests results in a $100 fee per extra bed used.
7. No pets are allowed. Pet violations incur a $500 fee per pet, per night, plus double the cleaning fee.
8. Mail and packages cannot be sent to the property. Use Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or local pickup locations. The host cannot retrieve lost or misdelivered items.
