Here, you can wash away the salt and sand at your beach rinse station before relaxing on robust yet elegant Polywood outdoor dining and lounge furniture.

For entertainment, gather in the living room for a movie on the Smart TV, preloaded with Apple TV, Netflix, and Peacock over ultra-fast 609 Mbps Xfinity Wi-Fi, or play one of our Vintage Bookshelf Edition board games.

We have considered every refinement to deliver you the highest quality sojourn. A whole-house water filtration system gives you pure, clean water from every single faucet, while a private drink station lets you grab a cold beverage before heading to the main living space. Guests also enjoy full, exclusive access to a private in-unit washer and dryer. We warmly welcome respectful family groups who will treat our luxury home and quiet neighbors with care.

GUEST ACCESS

Check-in is completely keyless! You will automatically receive your keypad codes by check-in time, which will grant you access to the building throughout your stay. Please note that in order to receive your codes, you must sign our standard rental agreement, which will be sent to your message inbox immediately after booking. Failure to do so within 72 hours of booking risks cancellation.



During your stay, you will enjoy total exclusive access to your beautiful private garden area, accessible by your back door or through the north gate (to the left when facing the building). Please refrain from entering the south garden area, as it is reserved for the upstairs unit. This outdoor oasis is equipped with a convenient beach rinse station and Polywood outside dining and patio furniture. Inside your apartment, you will also have full, private access to your own in-unit washer and dryer.

TWO-FAMILY DUPLEX LAYOUT

This property is the private downstairs apartment of a two-family beach house. You will have your own private entrance, and a private garden area. However, you might see or hear the upstairs guests from time to time. If you have a larger group, you can book both units together to have the whole building to yourselves!

SET-UP FOR STAIRS

This beautiful flat sits fully on the first floor of the building. However, there is a small set of outside stairs to get to the front or rear door. The property does not have a ramp or an elevator. We want to make sure everyone in your group is okay with a classic shore walk-up before you book your stay!

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH TAGS

To help you enjoy the sand, we supply 8 free seasonal beach tags inside the dining room side cabinet. We count these tags carefully after every single guest checkout. Please put them back exactly where you found them before you leave. If any tags are lost or missing, there is a $25 replacement charge per tag.

OUTDOOR RINSE STATION GUIDELINES

We provide a private outdoor beach rinse station to wash away sand and salt after a fun day by the ocean waves. To follow local housing codes, please note that this is not a full outdoor shower. Guests must not use it for bathing. Soap, shampoo, and body wash are completely banned outside. All regular bathing needs to happen inside the flat's full indoor bathroom.

ULTRA-FAST WIFI & STREAMING TV

Our 609 Mbps Wi-fi is perfect for working from home, smooth Zoom calls, and fast streaming. We do not have normal cable TV channels. Instead, the living room has a Smart TV that comes preloaded with Apple TV, Netflix, and Peacock for fun family movie nights. Neighborhood Highlights

This apartment does not have a private driveway or a reserved parking spot, but fortunately there are many parking options close by. This includes unmetered parallel spots on S. Troy, S. Richards, and S. Avolyn. There is also unmetered angled parking on N. Troy, alongside nearby paid meters. Our prime location makes this a perfect "park and walk" getaway. Once your car is parked, you can leave it sitting for your whole beach trip!

Navigating from this central Ventnor location is an absolute breeze. It is a premier walkable vacation destination where you can easily leave your car parked for your entire stay. The beach, bay, boardwalk, houses of worship, and an array of local dining spots are all within a quick, scenic stroll.
