Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, this spacious basement studio offers comfort, functionality, and modern luxury in one open-concept space within a private home.

Sleeping Space

The studio features a comfortable queen Murphy bed that easily transforms the space from a relaxing lounge into a cozy sleeping retreat.

Kitchenette

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchenette with bar seating, microwave, mini kitchen essentials, warm wood floors, recessed lighting, and sleek contemporary finishes throughout. (Please note: there is no oven.)

Spa-Inspired Bathroom

Unwind in the luxurious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with frameless glass, pebble stone flooring, warm wood accents, elegant gold fixtures, and a custom floating vanity with a backlit mirror. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, a blow dryer, and other essentials are provided for your stay.

How to Access the Door

To unlock the door, place any finger on the center circle of the smart lock to activate the keypad. Then enter your 4-digit code and press the checkmark button.

To lock the door when leaving, simply press the checkmark button only.

Guests have full private access to the basement studio through a private entrance. You are also welcome to enjoy the backyard and outdoor seating areas during your stay.

We live upstairs in the main house, so you may occasionally hear minimal household noise. While the property is shared, the studio itself is private and separate from the main living areas.

~ Parking Instructions

Free parking is available for one vehicle only.

Please park in the third parking spot (from left to right) and use the pathway located on the right side of the house leading to the terrace-level entrance.

Overnight street parking is NOT permitted. Vehicles parked on the street may be subject to towing and/or fines at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Wash & Fold Laundry Service

While the studio does not include a washer and dryer for guest use, we are happy to offer wash-and-fold laundry service for an additional fee during your stay whenever we are available.

• Standard load fee: $20
• Large load fee: $30

Please send us a message through the Vrbo app if you would like to arrange the service. Please note that there may be times when we are out of the country, so availability may vary.

Other things to note
House Rules

This is a private home, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of the property and maintain quiet hours when appropriate. Absolutely NO smoking \ of any kind is allowed inside the studio or anywhere on the property. NO exceptions! No parties or gatherings allowed or unauthorized guests.

~ Strict No-Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the studio, near entrances, patios, and outdoor areas.

This includes:

* Cigarettes
* Cigars
* Vapes
* Marijuana
* Hookahs
* Any smoking devices or substances

Violation of this policy will result in:

* A minimum $500 smoke remediation fee
* Additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable
* Possible immediate termination of the stay
* Negative review and/or report submitted to Vrbo
