EagleRidge Townhomes 1496 is a spacious, four-bedroom home in Steamboat Springs, where you'll be an easy walk from the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. The comfortable living area has vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Throughout the house, you'll find six flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private two-car garage for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. You'll also find an additional full bathroom, a half-bathroom located on the main living level, a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area, and a twin sleeper sofa in the open loft area. For our summer guests, this home has air conditioning for your comfort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs.
