Pros: Cozy atmosphere, easy to find, good attention to amenities, best bang for your buck in the area, parking is easy.Cons: Questionable privacy, barely any contact with host, interior was mildly dirty/felt unfinishedMost notable experiences:• Being woken up at 5:00AM by the upstairs smoke detector being nuisance tripped by leaving heater on while we slept. Upstairs smoke detector is installed in a spot directly center of sloped parts of ceilings, so it will go off every time you run the downstairs heater long enough to let the heat collect at top of cabin.• Finding that the curtain on the window of the back door–which was in the main bedroom–was not long enough to properly provide privacy.• In-unit washer and dryer were easy to use and very conveniently placed in the spacious bathroom.• Just up the road from nearby restaurants, 5-10 minute drives for some excellent local cuisine.• Kitchen loaded with good amount of tasteful dishes and silverware. Fridge wasn't the coldest, but all the appliances were nice still.• Some furniture felt like it was very stained, unsure of how long stains were there on some surfaces.• Couch so comfortable we fell asleep on it before even wanting to go lay on the bed one night. Mattress somewhat on stiff side.• I have no idea who the host actually is, communication is very off-putting as of my experience so far.Overall: a good experience, still perfect for a weekend getaway, especially with slope season coming up!
