Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the beauty, location, and potential of Pelican Point. As some of our first guests, your stay helped us identify several things that needed attention, and we’ve taken care of them. The upstairs bedroom was intentionally designed without window coverings to take advantage of the privacy of the surroundings, spectacular ocean views, and incredible night skies. We’ve had several guests enjoy this feature without concern. That said, we understand that preferences vary, so we have ordered curtains to give future guests the option. New rain-style showerheads are arriving shortly for both showers. The Wi-Fi router issue has been resolved, the burned-out lightbulb has been replaced, and a dividing fence has now been installed in the front yard to provide additional separation and privacy. Regarding the windows, they were not broken. The crank mechanisms can deteriorate over time in our coastal salt-air environment, and all of them have now been repaired. We’re continually working to make Pelican Point an even better experience for our guests, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these items. We hope future guests will enjoy the home, its peaceful surroundings, and the exceptional coastal setting as much as we do.
