Bedroom 2: Upstairs on the second level, another primary suite with sitting area, offers a walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: The third guest room features a king bed with a Jack & Jill bathroom that is shared with another guest room. The bathroom is a shower and tub combination.

Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom features two full beds. This guest bedroom shares the Jack & Jill with the other king bedroom.

Bedroom 5: The bunkroom is an amazing extra sleeping space for children. There are two sets of bunk beds in this expansive area, and an additional twin bed.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes & Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
