The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed inside. The just was so helpful when we had a wifi issue, and with any questions we had. He made our stay even better!

We loved our stay at the Zinnia suite! Clean spacious, everything new, and the unique concept of the suites being co-located with offices and restaurants within is genious!!! Will surely stay there again. And Leland was a truly awesome host!! Thank you. Eduardo

It was an easy location, great instructions, we enjoyed the room’s simple set up, and we had everything we needed. The code for the door and the suite were easy and worked well for our needs. If we could leave one thing for future guests it would be to bring ear plugs and eye masks. The room had several bright lights from the appliances and the room was not dark enough for us to sleep, we are light sensitive. There were constant trains with a loud horn coming through most of the night, even after midnight, and we could hear car engines and lots of street noise in the middle of the night. We know it is in downtown, but we weren’t expecting it to be that loud. We could also hear the conversations and tv playing from the tenants in the next room. The walls are very thin. At one point my husband sneezed and someone in the loft next to us said “bless you” which was a bit crazy, but kind of funny. Overall, we still felt safe, had a nice time, the room was clean and very cute, and we were thankful for a convenient stay. The upstairs hallway was quiet at night and we would still stay again, but we would bring our ear plugs and have something to cover the appliance lights since we are such light sleepers.

Excellent location in Midlothian with great dining options. Convienient parking. Clean room and perfect for business travel. I thought long about the review and I unfortunetaly had to SLEEP IN MY RENTAL CAR the first night because of several flight delays resulting in late arrival. I did not have the suite number and there are NO REFERENCES anywhere as to the suite names referenced on VRBO. I expected host to accept a lottle more responsibility for NOT providing the suite number in all the advance communication to prevent this, however, he chose to try and explain the problem away. Host did send the building access code but did NOT include the suite number once getting entry to the building. These situations occur and I do not blame the host, however, better communication could have prevented the situation. Hopefully this improves through my bad experience and without the issue or at least accepting responsibility, I truely would have much higher review scores.
