The Onyx is a family-run East Nashville retreat curated by Davis and his parents, Julie and James. As a family, we created this home to feel stylish, welcoming, and connection-focused - a place where friends and families can experience Nashville while making lasting memories together.

OWNER-OCCUPIED ZONING & PRIVACY

In accordance with Metro Nashville zoning, single-family homes in this area are zoned for owner-occupied short-term rentals.

I (Davis) live in a private apartment above the game room with a separate exterior entrance. Inside, there’s a hallway door that leads to my apartment, locked on both sides - you can visually verify the door is locked. I’m happy to share local insight when asked and invisible when you’d rather have privacy.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the home and yard, except for two locked owner closets (on the main and second floors) and the private apartment above the game room.

PARKING

Two driveway spaces (alley access) with a Tesla charger, plus additional free street parking.
