PET FEE We are happy to welcome pets at our Airbnb, subject to size limitations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
The pet fee is $80 per pet.

Quiet Hours: We appreciate a peaceful environment, especially during the evenings. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. 3. Fresh Air Matters: For the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy indoors. If you need to smoke, feel free to do so outside, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $500 fine for smoking inside. 4. Chill Atmosphere: We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $500 surcharge. 5. Timely Check-ins and Check-outs: To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs without notice may incur a $50/hour penalty. 6. Guest Counts: For insurance purposes and the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for unapproved guests. 7. Respectful Use of Space: Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space as intended. 8. Eco-Friendly Living: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use. 9. Extending Your Stay: If you're having a great time and want to extend your stay, we're happy to accommodate based on availability. Just give us a heads up at least 48 hours before your original checkout time. 10. Longer Stays Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. 11. GARBAGE is to be separated, into the appropriate bins. Garbage (black bin), Recycling (blue bin), and Organics (green bin). 12. LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors and closed and locked upon check-out. 13. TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out. 14. MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it. 15. SECURITY SURVEILLANCE monitoring the entrance for the safety and security of the home and our guests. 16. INTERNET If you're having issues with internet, please contact me so I can contact the provider.** 17. TV & NETFLIX The TV is a Smart TV which allows you to access your Netflix account, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Crave, Spotify and much more to stream all your favourite shows, movies and music. *Please note we do not provide accounts and you will need to use your own. Please log out of your account at the time of check-out* 18. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience. 19. NO unauthorized pets are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
