Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The host was quick to communicate, check-in was easy, and the location was nice for getting out of the city. The TV room was comfortable, and we enjoyed watching movies. Unfortunately, we did not feel the property was worth the money and would not return.We booked specifically for the hot tub, king bed, and laundry machine. The king bed is in an open area with no doors, and the path to the TV room goes through the sleeping area, offering no privacy. The loft bedroom had no curtains despite being pictured with them. The upstairs toilet is awkwardly located in the middle of the room, with limited headroom, and the queen mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.The hot tub was cold and full of leaves on arrival. Management responded quickly, but it took until our second night to heat up. We received only three small, stiff bath towels and no hot tub towels; our request for more went unanswered.The washing machine was broken, and I spent considerable time troubleshooting with management. A laundromat reimbursement was offered on our last day, but we had no time to use it. The dishwasher was unsecured and tipped forward when opened. While there was lots of cleaning supplies there was no dishwasher detergent, and our inquiry went unanswered. We also had to bring all our own drinking water despite the well equipment on site.The location and communication were positives, but the lack of privacy, uncomfortable bed, and multiple amenity issues made this a disappointing stay.
