Everything was clean and there were no issues whatsoever with our stay. Tom was a very active host and responded to questions within the same day they were asked! We stayed for 4 nights and loved it! To anyone looking to visit the pigeon forge area, I highly recommend this home.

The place felt very welcoming... it had everything we needed while we were there... the place looked better than the pictures and the hot tub was clean and enjoyable... the only downside was that it was not mentioned anywhere on the listing that there was construction going on right next to us... So even though the property was booked to be able to relax for the week it was kind of hard to sleep in when you were woken up from all the noise of the construction and the people were walking on the porch outside our bedroom window.. couldn't sleep in all week so that sucked..
