Please note that our property has private, fantastic oceanfront shoreline that is not fenced. Guests are accessing the shoreline at their own risk. Sometimes Maine weather can be exciting and the ocean can be rough and other times it can be like a bath tub! Guests must use common sense at the waterfront and are responsible for their own actions. Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. A copy of this agreement will be sent to you via messaging upon booking confirmation.
