Things to Do Nearby
Above the Lake is located in Osage Vistas in Lake Ozark, close to The Regalia Resort and the Horseshoe Bend area. The Bagnell Dam Strip is just a short drive away for shopping, lake-area restaurants, classic entertainment, live music, arcades, and nightlife. Golfers will appreciate being near popular Lake Ozark courses, while Osage Beach shopping, grocery stores, marinas, boat rentals, waterfront restaurants, and family attractions are within an easy drive.

Other Things to Note:
• This condo unit is Lake VIEW, not Lake Front. Lake Access is not available.
• This condo is located on the ground level, and requires walking / stairs down from the parking area without an elevator
• Currently Closed: Regalia Resort amenities, including the Hippo Pool, bars, and restaurants, may require a daily resort fee and are managed by the resort/HOA
• Currently Closed: Hippo Pool access is seasonal and generally runs Memorial Day through Labor Day, subject to weather, events, and resort operations
• Community amenities and availability may change without notice due to maintenance, weather, private events, or HOA/resort rules
• The property does not include access to the condo's lockout suite
• Parking in the numbered spaces requires a parking pass. 1 are available for this condo. A fine may be assessed if they are not returned after your stay. Trailer parking is not allowed.
• Grills (or open flames) of any kind are not allowed at this condo complex, however, community charcoal grills are available in the open community area with picnic style seating
• The property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• One pet of up to 10lbs is allowed at The Wake Zone
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
•Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
