Ideally positioned just a 5-minute drive from both Amagansett and downtown East Hampton, the home is also conveniently located only 15 minutes from Montauk via a direct route that helps avoid East Hampton traffic during peak summer weekends. Sun-filled interiors feature soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and an open-concept layout connecting the living room with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, including a spacious primary suite with outdoor access and a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Please note that the mailbox is not available for guest use during your stay.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
