THE SPACE
Built in 1895 and fully renovated in 2020, 51 Cedar pairs the kind of bones new construction can't replicate with finishes that don't ask you to compromise.
Step in through the 7x19-foot screened front porch — a morning-coffee spot, an evening hangout, and overflow living space all at once. The main level flows the way a home should: a generous living room (16'5" x 12'5") open enough to actually gather in, a dining room that connects naturally, and a full 20x12-foot renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a back door straight to the yard. Two full bathrooms: one on the second floor and one in the finished basement. There is no bathroom on the third floor or the 1st floor, so guests in the two third-floor bedrooms use the second-floor bath one flight down. We mention this up front so your group can plan room assignments accordingly.
