Very private 3-4 Bedroom house with pool and great inside outside living

This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your 2-6 week escape to Fort Lauderdale. Please note that, while we often host friends and family, this is also our home and it will have a private, high end, setup (plates, silver, pots & pans, towels, etc). 1x per week pool service, cleaning and new sheets/towels.
3 bedrooms (2 king size, 1 with 2 twin size beds) tucked away in the south wing with extra door in the hallway for pricacy.
The north wing is an open living room, home office area, dining area, kitchen with large island and sunroom.
There is a potential 4th bedroom with half bath that we have currently set up as a gym but comfortable fold out beds are available if you need aditional sleeping space.
Tons of amenites such as:
Heated pool, 2 paddleboards, 2 beach cruiser bikes, BBQ, outside TV, Sonos music system with different zones (in and outside), high speed interent and wifi, etc
We do allow pets.
It is possible to rent a 2022 2 door BMW 850i for your stay for extra $100 per day. Shoot me a message if interested.
There is a boat on the dock, this is not included and not for rent.
