Super nice and clean place to stay. View of the white river is amazing. Even tho our AC went out, our host was johnny on the spot and got us a room at the cotter trout lodge and had a new AC unit put in the next day. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Thank you so much for your endless patience and understanding regarding the unexpected A/C issue during your stay. We truly appreciated your flexibility while we worked to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the cleanliness, and especially the beautiful White River views. While the A/C outage was certainly not part of the experience we intended, we’re happy we could arrange accommodations and have a brand-new unit installed the very next day. Guests like you make hosting a pleasure. You took great care of the property, communicated wonderfully, and were incredibly gracious throughout an unforeseen situation. We would be delighted to host you again anytime. Thank you for the recommendation and for being such outstanding guests!

We're a family that loves spending time together, traveling, and creating memories in places that feel like home. This property isn't owned by an investment group or managed by a large company—it's our family's retreat, and we're proud to personally manage it ourselves.

Hosting isn't our full-time job, and this home isn't simply a business venture. It's a place that means a great deal to us, and we've chosen to share it with others because we believe special places are meant to be enjoyed. When you stay here, you're communicating directly with the owners, and we're committed to providing the same care and attention we'd want when traveling with our own family.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We chose this property because we believe it's one of the best locations on the White River for experiencing everything the area has to offer. Whether you're coming to fish, relax, or simply enjoy the beauty of the river, the location is hard to beat.

The home is conveniently situated between the Wildcat Shoals and Cotter boat launches, making it easy to get on the water and enjoy world-class trout fishing. At the same time, you're just a short drive from the dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences found in Cotter, Flippin, and Mountain Home.

What we love most is the balance. The property feels peaceful, private, and secluded, yet you're never far from the amenities you may need during your stay. It's a place where you can enjoy quiet mornings overlooking the river, spend the day fishing or exploring, and still have easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

What makes this property special is that it's genuinely loved and cared for by its owners. Unlike many vacation rentals that are purchased solely as investments and managed by third-party companies, this is our family's home away from home.

Every detail has been chosen with comfort, relaxation, and the guest experience in mind because we use and enjoy the property ourselves. We know the home, the river, and the area personally, and we're always happy to share recommendations or answer questions.

Most importantly, when you stay here, you're not just booking another rental. You're being welcomed into a place that has become part of our family's story, and we're excited for it to become part of yours as well.
