Note: Fourth bed room is a separate bunk house that has two single beds and an A/C unit.

Options to boat to Lake Coeur D'Alene from the house, adventure at Heyburn State Park, head up river for Gold Ribbon fishing, or play and swim directly off the dock in the lower St. Joe River.

Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

Bunk house: 2 Twin Beds. Of note, this is a separate structure from house (see photos).
Second full bathroom with shower.
Both gas and wood fireplace available for cooler weather. Ductless a/c units in every room.
House has open living plan with windows facing the river, smart TV, and comfy seating.
Fenced enclosure for dogs (2 dog limit, extra charge applies).
Private deck with BBQ, outdoor seating, sun shade and propane fire table

Private dock and shoreline access for swimming, launching kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing. Life jackets, kayak and canoe and some water toys included.

Laundry included with stackable washer/dryer.

High-speed Wi‑Fi.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, deck, dock, and yard. Plenty of parking for 2-4 cars.

Location
Quiet riverfront neighborhood with easy access (5 minute drive) to downtown St. Maires. In town, can find local shops, boat launch, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and liquor store.
