Calling this camper luxury is a stretch. The towels were thin and rough. The mattress and pillows were thin. There were also exposed brad nails in the floor. Most of the outdoor solar powered lights no longer worked. There was a router inside, but the WiFi wasn’t setup. Which was inconvenient since we had to drive away from the camper to message about the continual plumbing issues. Check-in instructions were sent at 3:15pm, so upon arriving we didn’t know where to go. We had to drive around to get cell service to get the message. Upon arrival the black water tank was at full capacity and was never attended to. The grey tank was 75% full and after messaging did get emptied. Our showers were super cold and after checking multiple times the water never seemed to even get warm. The biggest issue I had with the place though was the fact that it’s sinking into the ground on one side. This was very disorienting. All in all I’d only stay again if it was half the price. It felt private even though there was a cabin and a silo within viewing distance. The location from Harper’s Ferry was good, the campfire was nice, and the hammocks were great for an afternoon nap. The place seems great, but feels neglected.

For the sake of future travelers we felt the need to respond… Our listing is very clear that we are offering a luxury camping experience. Traditional camping is a tent on the ground so having over 200sqft of enclosed ac, a full kitchen and bathroom with stylish decor would absolutely qualify as luxury camping and we stand by that description. We understand that everyone may not be used to camping so we provide detailed instructions on how to operate everything for a great stay. Many things mentioned here were operator error. For the string lights outside, if they did not turn on automatically from Dawn to dusk a simple press of the on switch button would have turned them on? For the hot water, did you turn on the propane tank in Addition to pressing the pump button per instructions? Due to guest feedback we have upgraded the main bedroom mattress to a premium memory foam mattress and we have also moved the camper to a different part of our property that may feel more leveled. We also do not advertise WiFi at our stay. Yes there is a router as we are considering adding it but this is a middle of the woods adventure for those who want to escape. All in all, it’s important for guests to book a stay with us if you love nature and adventure. This is not a hotel experience but a fun, out of the box stay for the out of the box, down to earth nature loving traveler. If this is not you, we encourage you to save your time and ours and book a more traditional lodging space.

Very cute, nice getaway from the world. No WiFi or service so plan on disconnecting (which is a good thing)! We made s’mores, played games, and had a nice family weekend. You might want to consider-the camper is not parked on level ground so it does lean noticeably to one side which makes it difficult to navigate at times (fridge door kept swinging open by itself for instance). And we never got the hot water to work (and we followed the directions). Cold showers were fine in the extreme heat but might not be ideal in colder weather. Be careful in the shower as the floor is slick (both kids wiped out in the shower). Regardless, I’d still recommend it. It’s upscale camping so it’s important to be flexible.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting friends in the area and were really only at the property late at night and early in the morning. The property itself was nice, felt safe, was clean, and we appreciated that plenty of firewood was provided.Unfortunately, the trailer had several issues that made our stay uncomfortable, especially considering the price. The biggest problem was that the trailer appeared to be significantly out of level. You could feel the slope as soon as you walked inside. Sleeping was difficult because we constantly felt like we were rolling, and I woke up with back pain from trying to stay in position throughout the night. My daughter even fell out of bed due to the slope.The second major issue was moisture inside the trailer. The instructions specifically stated not to turn on the water pump unless water was needed. We never turned on the pump because we did not shower or use the water system, yet the bathroom floor and parts of the trailer remained wet throughout our stay.The mattress was also very uncomfortable, with noticeable springs that could be felt while sleeping. We understand this is a camper and do not expect hotel accommodations, but a more supportive mattress would make a significant difference.The property itself was as described, but the trailer was not as comfortable or functional as expected. Had we planned to spend any meaningful time there beyond sleeping, we likely would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Sharon, Thanks for staying at our property. We appreciate the mattress suggestion and will upgrade! Regarding the water you messaged us the morning of your checkout stating that you just observed some water so stating here that it was wet the whole time of your stay is conflicting. Also stating that a child completely fell out of the bed because of leveling is quite stretching. The pictures it’s self show that the camper is not slanted on an angle of that magnitude. Our property and experience is for nature loving campers and that is a target market for a great stay here. We appreciate you trying it out.
