The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home at Storey Lake Resort Towers in Kissimmee, one of the most convenient resort communities for visiting Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, shopping, restaurants, and Orlando’s top attractions.

This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor and accommodates up to 7 guests. The home has been designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a relaxing vacation experience for families, couples, and business travelers.

Layout

Master Bedroom:

King bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom:

Full-over-full bunk bed plus one twin bed. This room is ideal for kids, teens, or additional guests.

Living Room:

The living room includes a sofa that may accommodate 1 guest if needed. Please note this is not a traditional sofa bed; however, extra blankets will be available in the closet for guest convenience.

Bathroom 2:

Full bathroom located in the hallway.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.

Entry is via smart lock. You will receive your private access code prior to arrival, so there is no need to check in at a front office.

Mandatory Community Registration

Storey Lake is a gated community with controlled access. All guests must be registered in the Dwelling system before arrival.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will request:

Full name of the primary guest

Full names of all adult guests

Names of all drivers

Vehicle license plate numbers, if available

Once registered, we will send you a barcode to present to the security guard. This barcode may be shown on your phone or printed.

Please note: the community reserves the right to delay or deny entry if guest registration is incomplete or if the required information has not been provided in advance.

For security reasons, the exact property address and arrival instructions are only shared with confirmed guests before check-in.

Parking

FREE open-lot parking is available near the building. Parking is generally available for approximately 3–4 vehicles, depending on community occupancy.

Please do not park on the grass, sidewalks, driveways, or any restricted areas. Commercial vehicles are not permitted by the community.

The community and/or HOA may enforce parking rules, towing, fines, or access limitations. Guests are responsible for following all posted community parking regulations.

Please use the building’s garbage chute daily to keep the condo clean and help prevent pests. Trash should not be left inside the unit, hallways, balcony, or common areas.

Packages

USPS may return packages sent to vacation rental properties. We recommend using Amazon, DHL, or FedEx when possible. We are not responsible for returned, lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.

Strict House Rules

No parties or events. A $500 fee may apply for violations, and guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. A $500 fee may apply for smoke, odor, or cleaning violations.

No pets allowed. A $500 fee may apply for unauthorized pets, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Maximum occupancy must match the reservation and listing limits. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Guests must follow all Storey Lake Resort and HOA rules during the stay.

Important Maintenance Notice

This is a vacation rental home, not a hotel with 24/7 on-site staff. While the property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, occasional maintenance items may arise. We will always do our best to respond promptly and coordinate solutions as quickly as possible.

No Refunds for Issues Outside Our Control

No refunds are provided for weather, early departure, community or resort amenity closures, internet/cable interruptions, third-party service interruptions, HOA-related restrictions, traffic delays, or other circumstances outside the host’s control.



Interaction with Guests:

We communicate through the booking platform and are available to assist before and during your stay.

To help us maintain a high standard and resolve concerns quickly, guests must report any cleaning issues, maintenance concerns, missing items, or malfunctions within the first 4 hours after arrival. This allows our team the opportunity to review and address the matter during your stay.

We respect your privacy and will not access the condo during your reservation unless required for maintenance, emergency purposes, or with prior coordination whenever possible.
