What I particularly love about the beautiful loft is the beautiful wooden floor, which gives the loft a warm and cozy atmosphere. The high windows with French balconies let a lot of light into the rooms and provide a light-flooded and pleasant atmosphere that will inspire you again and again. The design concept "Industrial Luxury meets Touch of Gold" is unique and gives the loft a special charm. I myself love to be in this loft and enjoy the beautiful design and atmosphere. It is the perfect place to relax and leave everyday life behind. I am sure that the loft will inspire you as much as me!

If you like walking, you can also visit the Grugapark and Messe Essen.
