Upstairs, a second light-filled living room just off the kitchen offers another peaceful retreat, complete with comfortable seating and its own decorative fireplace — an ideal spot for catching the sunrise with morning coffee, conversation, or curling up with a good book.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a couch, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower located on the second floor..



The home also includes a half bathroom (second floor) and a full guest bathroom (first floor) with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.
