GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have full access to the entire home, offering plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay in comfort and privacy.

This home offers convenient access to nearby highlights including Stone Mountain Park, Northlake area shopping and dining, and Henderson Park with its trails, lake, and recreational spaces.

You’re also just a short drive to downtown Decatur, Emory University, and the city of Atlanta, with quick access to I-285, I-85 and US-78 for easy travel throughout the metro area.

Inside, guests enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a complimentary coffee bar, making it ideal for remote work, extended stays, or business travel while still being close to everything the Atlanta area has to offer.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

GUEST COUNT - Accurate guest count is required. Please enter the correct number of guests when you book the house. Include all that will be staying overnight or stopping by. For example, if you plan on 4 people staying overnight and 6 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 10 people.

QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM on weekends and holidays.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS or LOUD NOISE - Noise detection devices are on site, and it is unlawful for any person to make, cause or continue to make any loud or excessive noise which unreasonably interferes with the comfort, response, health, and safety of others. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund!

PARKING - The parking on premises includes a 2 car garage and 4 additional outdoor parking spaces. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood as children are often at play.

NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, RVs, BUSES (coach, charter, minibus, etc.), LARGE PASSENGER VANS, MOVING TRUCKS, or TRAILERS are allowed. Standard passenger vehicles only!

NO SMOKING, VAPING or HOOKAHS – This is a smoke free house inside and out! Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the house.

NO OPEN FLAME – For the safety of our guests, we DO NOT allow fires, open flame candles, incense burning, personal space heaters, oil lamps, torches, sterno fuel, fireworks, open flame grills inside or outside the house.

NO PETS or ANIMALS – Many guests have extreme allergies to pet hair and dander. We have made this home pet free in order to accommodate all guests. Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable pet hair, dander, or pet odor.

WILDLIFE - The house is situated with a beautiful wooded area in the backyard. Guests may see various wildlife in the area. We kindly ask that you DO NOT FEED or TOUCH wildlife. Wild animals have specialized diets, and they can become malnourished or die if fed the wrong food.

NO PROFESSIONAL FILMING, VIDEOS or MOVIES without written authorization.

DO NOT FLUSH feminine products, trash, paper towels, wipes, hair, food, cotton balls, swabs or other items labeled flushable. Guests may be subject to a $500 plumbing fee if they clog the plumbing system. TOILET PAPER ONLY!

To ensure a mutually beneficial and pleasurable stay for all, please treat the home with respect. All décor in the home has been inventoried by the room so please be sure that ALL items in the home remain. The home is cleaned and inventoried after each guest, and you will be charged for any missing or damaged items. Make sure to leave all remotes in their assigned spaces.

The host and/or homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The host and/or homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Contact the host with any emergency situations.

The only guests permitted are the guests who are on the booking and/or those approved by the Host. Any unapproved guests or activities could result in the cancellation of your reservation and the Host requesting you to leave the premises immediately.

There are exterior security cameras at the property that will be recording audio and video during the reservation.
