Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and laundry space. You’ll also have access to the shared outdoor areas within the neighborhood. Parking is available in the driveway. Please note this is a residential community—there is no front desk or on-site staff, but our team is always available via message if you need anything during your stay.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. No street parking allowed.

Violation of these rules may lead to additional fees or removal from the property without a refund.

Community swimming pool (currently under construction; expected to open in May – no access at this time)

Starter toiletries include hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, tissues, and basic toiletries. Once these supplies run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them.

Beach essentials provided (chairs, umbrella, & toys). Guests must return these items before checkout. Lost or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.

Garage access is available from inside the home only for trash bins and beach items. There is no exterior access.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
