The Avanti Beach House

This golfers' destination has been newly remodelled in 2023! The wonderful new kitchen/dining room/living room has been significantly expanded with a lot more space. The kitchen now has an island and all new appliances. Also, both the first and second floors have new floors and new paint.

The Avanti Beach House is located right next to a state park, and has views of the beach to the south and west, as well as easy access to the beach through the park.

There are three separate spaces which provide plenty of privacy including six separate sleeping areas. Down on the patio we have a wonderful outdoor fireplace and grill. And the beach and a state park are just a few steps away!

"Avanti" is a friendly greeting used in Italy, when someone arrives at your door, to say "come in right now"—and we want you to do just that. We want our home to feel like it's your home, too. We have been tremendously blessed by the natural beauty surrounding the Avanti Beach House and we wish to share it with others who appreciate it, too. We appreciate our guests and consider many to be friends. We hope you will "come on in" and enjoy and love our home as much as we do. "Avanti! Avanti!"

The house was perfect for our sisters getaway. The views are amazing & a short walk to the beach made it even better. The house supplied everything we needed without having to go shopping right away. It was clean which is always appreciated. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we have a group.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean. Was here for golf at Bandon Dunes. Plenty of space for our group of 4. Could sleep many more. Very close to the town of Bandon and only 15 minute drive to Bandon Dunes. Would stay there again.

Awesome Views!

This is our second year staying at this gem on the Oregon Coast. Our group had a great stay and enjoyed all this rental had to offer. We will be back next year!

Beautiful views

Loved this property. Incredible to wake up to such beautiful views. Lots of beds and linens, games and kitchen items, a bit dated, but perfect for our large family gathering. Would stay again.

Bandon the beautiful

Absolutely a great location, wonderful view, easy access to the beach. Very well stocked with every appliance you would ever need. Outdoor fireplace is a great added feature. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have a large group.

Graduation family trip

We took our son to Bandon for his graduation trip with family and a couple of his friends. The location was perfect and the amenities at the house were great. Sam was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

20th Family Reunion

We've had 20 family reunions in Bandon. This home is the best of the best! Best location overlooking the Ocean. Best kitchen/family room to accommodate hungry mouths and plenty of comfortable rooms!

Great property close to the beach

House was very comfortable for our three family reunion. Easy walk down to the beach. Short drive into Bandon. Be careful of the kitchen drawers - especially the silverware drawer.

A fantastic fun time!

A great location and room for all to have a great time! Easy access to the beach, pool table was a hit and patio was big enough for all! A few glitches with a shower and supplies and tv s didn't work well. Everyone had a great time!!

We are happy you had a great time! We supply everything for the house, so there should have been plenty, but I will talk to housekeeping. Also most of the TVs are brand new so I bet if there was any problem they were on the wrong input channel or something like that. All of the showers work well, so I am not sure what the issue was. Absolutely stunning location

The location and views were out of this world. The house itself is large, and the top floor window is beautifully set up with views over the beach. The kitchen was a little lightly supplied with mugs and the dishwasher rack didn't roll nicely, but these were minor issues compared to the location. Also they had a good quality pool table which was a lot of fun.

Family Fun on the Beach

If you're looking for a house with lots of modern amenities, I would not recommend this property. But if you're looking for plenty of room to spread out, easy beach access and views for days, this is definitely the property for you. Our family had a wonderful time at this unit and would stay there again.

Plenty of room, amazing location!

Our group of 4 adults and 9 kids had a wonderful time at the Avanti. It is spacious, with great ocean views, and only a short walk to the beach. Plenty to do inside when the weather is rainy, with the game room, TV's, books, and puzzles available. Each floor is like it's own separate apartment, but everyone can come together in the main dining room for a meal; the main kitchen has about anything you need to cook up a meal.
