Guests will have access to the home and designated outdoor areas during their stay.

Please note:

Locked owner closets are not accessible to guests
Detached garage is not accessible
Guests may only access the uncovered portion of the dock belonging to the property owner
One boat slip and one floating jet ski dock space are available for guest use

Please do not stand, sit, or tie watercraft to the floating jet ski dock.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
Minimum booking age: 25
No pets allowed
No parties, events, or large gatherings
No smoking or substances permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors
Guests may ONLY park on paved surfaces — no driving or parking on grass
Please secure outdoor items such as chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks due to occasional windy lake conditions

Important Dock Information

Guests may only use the designated portion of the dock belonging to the property. Additional directions will be provided by the property manager prior to arrival.

Security Camera Disclosure

For guest safety, the property includes one Ring doorbell camera located at the front exterior entry. The camera records video and audio when motion is detected and does not face any interior spaces.
***Locked owners closets, Detached garage and any portion of the dock that does not belong to us may Not Be accessed by guests***
Guest access
**Guests are not allowed in locked owners closets, detached garage and are only allowed on our uncovered portion of the dock. Guests will be asked to leave if they do not comply.**
**Guests and party may ONLY park on paved surfaces. please Do NOT Drive or Park on any grass! Guests will be asked to leave if they do not comply. **
**NO smoking or Any substance Anywhere in our property**
Other things to note
-We allow a maximum of 10 guests
- NO Smoking INDOORS or OUTDOORS anywhere on premises (including front porch, back porch, frontyard, backyard and Dock)
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please be sure to tie/bungee down any lawn chairs, umbrellas, kayaks that you use as we tend to be in a windier area and do not want things to blow in our lake.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID is required upon check-in.
-Additional rental agreement and online check-in form with kwLakeside Rentals Lake Anna is required and due to be completed within 10 days of booking.
No same-day bookings, unless approved in writing.
