Guest access
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy contactless self-check-in (no keys) and will receive a code that allows entry into the house at the time of check-in. The front door and backyard have a Ring camera.

The home is entirely yours during your stay. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations, but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area!

Other things to note
You are staying in a suburban family home, and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping noise levels down. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Only people listed in the reservation are permitted.

We welcome 1 dog (up to 30lbs), no other pets allowed. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. No redecorating or moving furniture, and no parties or unauthorized guests are allowed at any time. There is NO smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances of any kind allowed at our property. No food is allowed in the bedrooms except for water. Please keep all food in the designated kitchen and dining areas.

Upon arrival, if you notice any damage or if anything breaks, please inform the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.

Infants/Children: Please note that the home is not childproof; there are no outlet covers or corner guards.
