Guest will have access to the entire mansion 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, pool & spa, as well as club house amenities.

Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking

BBQ grill is available at $100/stay up to one week and one full propane tank is included.

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $25 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay.

No parties or events of any kind, violations will result in booking cancelation

We provide a small starter kit for all reservations regardless of the length of stay, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
2 extra garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. bath towels will be at least 2 towels each bedroom and no beach towel provided, please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
