Welcome to this brand-new, three-level townhouse tucked inside one of New Hampshire's most beloved four-season resort communities. From the moment you pull into the private garage, you'll know this place was built for groups who want to do it right.



Step through the garage and into a purpose-built mudroom that immediately sets the tone: custom-built bench seating, coat hooks lining a full shiplap wall, and tile flooring that laughs at ski boots and wet gear. There's a reason it's the first thing you see — this home was designed for mountain living from the ground up.



Head upstairs to the main living level, where the space opens into a warm, airy great room anchored by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a wood mantel and a large wall-mounted smart TV.
