Welcome to Midway Hideaway, your “did we overpack?” proof beach stay. Just bring your suitcase!

This brand-new townhome sleeps up to 11 (9 adults max) with comfy beds, Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, game room, kid gear, and a greenery photo wall. Pool, playground, and grills are directly across from the home, plus the zoo, food trucks, and quick access to Navarre & Pensacola Beaches.

Top bunk: kids only.
No pets.
3 exterior cameras (front porch, doorbell, back patio).

Pool & playground directly out the front door (hop, skip & a jump away)

Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1: King bed + Pack & Play for baby (sleeps 3)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle (sleeps 5)
*Top bunk is for children only for safety
• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)

The garage doubles as a game room with a multi-game table that converts to foosball, pool, ping pong, and air hockey, plus a variety of board games inside for all ages.

We’ve got you covered with retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, children’s table, high chair, rocking chair, baby tub, children’s games, and a Pack & Play.

Beach Ready
We provide plenty of beach gear and beach towels for your convenience. Please help us keep things fresh by not using the white bath towels at the beach or pool.

On the day of check in the guest will be sent a unique 4 digit code to access the property.

There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and plenty of extra parking directly across from the home near the pool area. The garage has been converted into a game room and cannot be used for parking.

There are three exterior cameras on the property. Tampering with/removing them will result in immediate eviction.

To help you get settled in, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These items are intended to get your stay started and may not last for the duration of your trip. We recommend planning accordingly and purchasing any additional supplies you may need during your stay.
