Lake Belton Boho Escape - ADA Ramps + RV Parking

Step into a one-of-a-kind lakeside escape where every room tells a story — from a peace-and-music bohemian suite to a Hobbit Hole reading nook — all wrapped in views of Lake Belton, a hot tub under the trees, and an outdoor entertaining space built for making memories of a lifetime.

-------------------------

ABOUT THIS PLACE
This isn't your average lake rental. It's a hand-curated, lovingly collected, deeply personal hideaway perched above Lake Belton in Temple, Texas — and there is nothing else like it on the lake.

Inside, you'll wander through bedrooms that feel like different worlds: a bohemian "Peace, Love & Music" suite with stained-glass pendants, tapestry canopies, and a wall of brass platters; an Asian-inspired room with cherry-blossom rugs, antique cabinetry, and silk lamps; a vintage cottage room layered in heirloom plates, gilded mirrors, and antique frames; and a quieter, lake-blue retreat with vaulted ceiling, lakeside artwork, and reading light. Every space has been thoughtfully assembled — no big-box-store furniture, no beige builder-grade anything.

Tucked beneath the staircase, the "Hobbit Hole" reading nook (yes, it has a sign) is piled with pillows under a glowing dome light — the favorite hideout of every kid (and many adults) who walk in.

The lakefront bathroom is its own little ocean, finned with sea-life art, turtle carvings, and turquoise pottery. A second bathroom keeps things modern and spa-like with a tiled walk-in shower.

But the magic really opens up outside.

-------------------------

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
This property was built for gathering. Step out and you'll find:

A massive covered entertaining pavilion strung with bistro lights, twin ceiling fans, and a soaring tin roof — anchored by a stone fireplace, full outdoor kitchen (fridge, sink, microwave, gas grill, prep counters), dining for a crowd, lounge seating, and a regulation ping-pong table.
A private hot tub on a pea-gravel patio with sweeping views of Lake Belton through the oak trees.
A fire-pit lounge with deep cushioned seating — perfect for sunset and stargazing.
A lake-view upper porch with wind chimes, loungers, and morning-coffee views over the water.
An outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the lake.
String lights, solar pathway lighting, and landscape lighting that make the whole property glow at night.

-------------------------

ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility isn't an afterthought here — it's built into the bones of the property:

Full wheelchair-accessible ramp system connecting the parking area, main house, and outdoor pavilion
Roll-in shower with grab bars in the modern bathroom
Wide, level pathways throughout the outdoor spaces
Step-free access to the main living areas, master bedroom, bathroom and upper patio
Guests with mobility needs (and their families) finally get a lake getaway that doesn't compromise.

-------------------------

PARKING & RV
Ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles
Dedicated RV parking with room to maneuver — a rare find on the lake
Easy in-and-out access; no tight turns or steep drives

-------------------------

THE LOCATION
Perched on a wooded bluff above Lake Belton in Temple, Texas — close enough up to enjoy the breeze and the view. You're minutes from boat ramps, hiking trails, BBQ joints, and downtown Temple, with Belton, Salado, and the Waco/Austin corridors all an easy drive. 20 minutes from Mary Hardin Baylor and 30 min from Baylor University.

-------------------------

A NOTE FROM THE HOST
Every lamp, plate, and tapestry in this house was chosen with intention. We've poured years of love into making this a place that feels like nowhere else — equal parts lake retreat, art gallery, and welcoming home. Come stay a while. We can't wait to host you.
