The space

Step through the screened patio sliding door as you enter the spacious grand room. You are greeted by an oversized TV floating on the wall, equipped with various streaming services. A plethora of board games are stashed in the credenza for classic indoor group fun of all ages. A full kitchen awaits your culinary expertise, containing quality appliances and essentials to compose gourmet meals with ease, or you just might need a place to stash all of the snacks. Various tea and coffee options with assistance from the tried-and-true French press, the super simple one-touch Keurig, or set the bar for unrivaled quality with a home-brewed cappuccino from the espresso machine.

Wake up refreshed after getting some restorative sleep on the premium quality king mattress laced with luxury linens in the main bedroom. A secondary convertible king sleeper mattress is located in the grand room for the comfort of any extra sleepers.

Put the day in motion on a pleasant walk/run or hit the bike trail just a few steps from the door. It's conveniently nestled within reach of many outdoor attractions, community events, art galleries, and museums. 2. No smoking, no vaping, no pets.
3. Only guests on the reservation are permitted to sleep overnight.
4. Turn the thermostat off when leaving for the entire day.
5. No loud noises before 10 am or after 10 pm.
6. Run the dishwasher the night before checking out.

Guest access
Fully private access to the attached guesthouse, a 714 sqft space, which is adjacent to the main house. The space consists of a full kitchen, living room (king-sized sofa bed), dining room, full bathroom, and bedroom (king-sized bed). Entry is through the patio doors at the welcome mat.

A Pack-N-Play crib and an additional twin mattress are available upon request before arrival.
