The condos at Yucalpeten Marina Resort offer our guests the freshness of the Ocean and the laid back, seaside vibe of the Marina.

This elegant 10th-floor condo was carefully furnished and decorated. The 4 bedrooms offer one KS bed, four double beds and two individual beds. As a plus, it has the largest terrace of the Complex, for the most special ocean view, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends, admiring the unforgettable sunsets. This is the space you'll want for an airy, sunny, breezy, relaxing sanctuary by the Nueva Yucalpeten, the new suburb located West side of Progreso.

Each BR was thoughtfully designed with its own identity, inspired by colors creating unique, inviting atmospheres: Celeste BR: The Master BR, in soft sky-blue tones, with a comfortable KS bed and access to the terrace, being perfect for a restful stay. Aqua BR: A fresh, relaxing space with two double beds, ideal for families. Navy Blue BR: Designed in deep blue tones, offering two double beds and a calm, tranquil ambiance. Green BR: Featuring two single beds, with a natural, serene atmosphere.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* The 2 towers Sotavento and Barlovento are 100% completed. However, there is a 3rd tower, part of the Complex, undergoing finishing construction works inside the units. It is supposed to be completed and fully functional by July, 2026. There might be noise during working hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.
