Wristbands must be paid at reception (COP 27,500 per person). Complimentary luggage storage is available on check in and check out day.



During your stay, you will have full access to the apartment and all common areas, including the four pools, terraces, gardens, rooftop, and relaxation areas. The building has 24 hour security for your safety and comfort. Upon arrival, you must register at reception and pay for identification wristbands (27,500 COP per person per stay). You will then receive a magnetic card that allows free entry and exit. We also offer complimentary luggage storage on your arrival or departure day so you can make the most of your time in the city. Please note that access is restricted exclusively to registered guests.

By making your reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all guests. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if any issue arises, please let us know before check out so we can assist you promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; it is only allowed on terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of 250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation amount, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and must remain for the entire stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Likewise, interruptions in utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet are not grounds for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our control and typical of a developing city. However, we will make every effort to manage the issue with the relevant providers and restore service as quickly as possible.

Thanks to its central location, you can walk to most points of interest in the Historic Center, including restaurants, bars, shops, and the waterfront. For longer distances, taxis are readily available, as well as ride hailing apps that operate efficiently in the area. We can also help arrange private transportation to and from the airport, nearby beaches, Minca, or Tayrona National Park. The apartment includes private parking, making it ideal if you are traveling by car.
