Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire suite — private bedroom, bathroom, living area, and a dedicated private entrance so you can come and go freely at any time. The suite is fully self-contained, giving you complete privacy and independence throughout your stay. A long term resident occupies the upper level of the home but has their own completely separate entrance and living space.

2.-No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
3.- Private entrance — please use your designated private entrance at all times and be respectful of the upper level resident.
4.- Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM — please be mindful of the upper level resident and neighbouring properties at all times.
5.- Recycling is mandatory — please follow the recycling guidelines provided in the suite. A $200 fine applies for improper recycling.
6.- No pets — unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at this property.
