Damage & Breakage Policy

We understand accidents happen, and we appreciate honesty and communication if something is damaged during your stay.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, excessive mess, or missing items caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Please Report Issues Promptly

If something breaks or stops working, please let us know right away so we can address it quickly and avoid further damage.


Absolutely No:

Smoking or vaping indoors
Parties/events without approval
Unauthorized guests
Flushing wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc.
Rearranging furniture
Glitter/confetti/fireworks
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home.
A minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor is detected.
Unauthorized parties/events - $500 and possible immediate termination of stay
Unauthorized pets - $250
Excessive cleaning required - $150-300

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11 PM–8 AM out of respect for neighbors and the peaceful nature of the property.
