Pet Policy:

We’re happy to welcome your pets! To help us keep the space comfortable for all guests, please review the following:

Pet Fee: $50 per stay to cover standard cleaning and maintenance.

Furniture & Bedding: Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Please bring your own pet's blankets, bedding, or crates to ensure they are comfortable.

Respect the Space: Kindly protect floors, rugs, and upholstery. Extra charges may apply if there is excessive shedding, accidents, or damage.

Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended on the property unless they are safely confined in a crate or other secure enclosure.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and welcoming for everyone!

House Rules:

1. This is a residential area. Please be considerate of your neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially during quiet times.

2. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and a $200 penalty will be applied for violations.

3. Tampering with and/or disconnecting the house internet, outdoor cameras, thermostats, garage door keypads, Alertify devices, or other electrical equipment is strictly prohibited. A penalty of $200 will be applied for any violations.

5. Please do not place food, oil, coffee grounds, bones, or any other waste into the garbage disposal. These items can cause serious clogs and damage. If the drain becomes clogged due to misuse, the cost of repairs will be charged back to the guest. We request that all food waste be disposed of in the designated trash bin.
