Located just a short 5 to 10 mile drive to some main attractions such as Pikes Peak, Santa's Workshop, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, the Manitou Incline, and Garden of the Gods. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls trip or a nice quaint place for a small family vacation. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a private unit with its own private entrance, ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay. You'll find all the amenities you could possibly need such as, fully stocked bathroom, comfortable living space, cozy bedroom, comfy pull-out couch to ensure a restful night's sleep and even some yummy snacks for that midnight hankering. One of the highlights of the cottage is the adorable covered hot tub room, where you can relax and unwind and take in those mountain vibes. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub or setting outside enjoying you morning coffee, you'll be surrounded by the crisp mountain air and stunning natural beauty. The place was very nice and clean. Plenty of linens, blankets, pillows etc. It’s attached to a main house, but you have your own parking spot and outside area. The location is fantastic if you’re looking to be between the Springs and the mountains. Only 30 minutes to the airport, and 30 minutes to some great mountain spots. Highly recommend!

Place was very clean and a good location. We booked this specifically for the private hot tub. It was not stated that it was an inflatable and it was only set to 93 which was disappointing. We attempted to turn up the temperature but it took over night to get to temp, and we were only there for one evening. It is not a one bedroom it is a studio with a curtain dividing the "living room" from the bedroom.

Thank you for your valid feedback. I will update our description to state studio so that others in the future know in advance that the bedroom is not separate. wasn't the biggest fan of the pull out bed but everything else was great. The main bed was super comfortable. The guy ran in the place is pretty awesome. super friendly. very attentive.

This was one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at quite a few VRBOs. The host, Brent, really went out of his way to include a lot of extra things in this wonderful cottage that I've never seen before in a VRBO and made it an awesome place to stay. A lot of things stood out. Not sure where to start. The outdoor enclosed hot tub was great! I've never seen anything like that before. I stayed there for a week while I was running a race up Pikes Peak and I couldn't have picked a better place to acclimate to the altitude and then relax after the race. Just turn left out of the drive and your are driving the road to the top of Pikes Peak. The cottage is located just outside of Manitou Springs, which I think is the coolest little town in the world. Brent lives right next door and is right there to handle anything that might come up. I never needed to contact him. The stay at his cottage was great. If you are coming to the area, this is THE place to stay

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described and thoughtfully set up. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Fantastic, super nice and comfy place, well appointed with anything you might need. Also a great location to get either in town quickly or further away. Would definitely stay here again, checking in and out was seamless, a completely hassle free experience.
