• 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with two twin beds

• Memory foam mattresses in every bedroom for a restful sleep

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home and surrounding property.

Please note, the backyard shed is not accessible.



Street parking is permitted, but guests must follow local city ordinances:

• Do not park on the same side of the street as a fire hydrant

• No street parking between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM

Damage Protection:

To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:

$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or

$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.
