The location of the condo is honestly is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars because the beachfront access was great. But the hosting side of this rental was extremely disappointing and definitely needs improvement.For starters, we arrived to basically no supplies. There was maybe 1/8 of a toilet paper roll left, only one trash bag provided, one dishwasher pod, and one washing machine pod for an entire stay. There were no beach towels (when it’s a beach front condo with a pool) which is a huge inconvenience for people flying in. None of this was mentioned in the listing, so we ended up wasting part of our vacation shopping for basic necessities like toilet paper and trash bags.Communication was also terrible. We were not given the correct WiFi information for the first two days, which was frustrating. Then on our last day, they finally contacted us to offer batteries for the remotes… we couldn’t even watch tv. The condo itself was also incredibly loud. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were coming through the ceiling starting around 6 AM every morning, and we could hear the people next door like they were in the same condo with us. On top of that, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, hard as a rock.I honestly never leave reviews, but this was probably the worst rental experience I’ve had and I think future guests deserve to know what to expect.
