Take advantage of 50% off on monthly booking. Sleeps 12! Fantastic tropical Lagoon View oasis awaits at this beautiful extra roomy modern 3 bed/3 bath house with a private Pool! Fits 4 medium cars total(2 in the garage and 2 on driveway). Enjoy fresh, clean air in our totally smoke-free retreat! On the quiet end of the bay side street, overlooking the Laguna. Short walk to the entertainment district, 10 min walk to the Gulf beach, 2 min to the bay! Enjoy lagoon views and gorgeous sunsets from your private balcony! This beautiful place is located on the widest part of the island, far West end of the street, which makes your stay most quiet and less traffic affected. It has 2 master bedrooms! The 2nd floor entails 2 bedrooms with private full bathrooms. North side master bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat screen 50" smart TV and a large balcony overlooking the Lagoon and beautiful neighborhood. The West side bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 bunk bed which sleeps 2. Both bedrooms equipped with a walk-in shower. 2nd floor also has spacious kitchen and living area with ample seating room for guests to relax, as well as a flat screen 75" smart TV. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large balcony overlooking the pool area, Causeway and a tranquility of Lagoon. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.
Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table has seating for 8 people. And we have a tone of cooking books for you to try something new in the kitchen.
The 3rd floor's King master bedroom is facing South of the island and has a King size bed, a bunk bed, with 2 Twin size mattresses, a flat screen 50" smart TV and a large balcony overlooking a pool area, Queen Isabel Causeway, Lagoon, gorgeous neighborhood and no better place to watch fireworks when present. The large master bathroom is equipped with an over soaking tub and walk-in shower plus his and hers double sinks! NOTE: MAX capacity 12. Sleeps comfortably 6 adults and 4 young adults on bunk beds which have two TWIN size mattresses each; and 2 children on twin size mattress foldable-rollaway beds. The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful South Padre Island sun or enjoy warm evenings. While seating on balconies facing the pool area and enjoying an elevated island breeze under the shade, you will be able to observe changing colors of sun going down, the great view of Fireworks over the Bay and a sky view of SpaceX rocket launched off Star Base Launchpad in Boca Chica.
Guest access: Lagoon View offers smooth and easy self-check-in. A door code will be given on the day of check in via VRBO messaging only after Short Term Agreement is completely filled up, dated and signed and reserving guest's identity verified.

No running or horseplay in the pool or deck area. Surfaces can be slippery when wet, so use caution when walking.

Keeping the Pool Clean & Functional
Shower and rinse off thoroughly before entering the pool, especially after being at the beach. Excessive sand in the pool may damage, clog filters and skimmers.
No food preparation, BBQs in the pool area, backyard. No charcoal grilling on the premises. Please help keep outdoor spaces clean and pest-free.
Only people and floats are allowed in the pool.
No going to the bathroom in or around the pool area. Please use the bathroom provided inside Lagoon View on a 2nd floor floor.
Clean up after yourself! Dispose of all trash in the provided trash can on the ground floor and empty it into the bins outside the building for pick up. Leaving trash can clog the skimmer and damage the pool function, and you may be charged an extra cleaning and trash removal fee. **ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PREMISES: The use of any tobacco, marijuana, or recreational drugs—whether smoked, vaped, or otherwise consumed—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the interior, garage, balconies, and outdoor areas.
Respecting the Property & Other Guests
Only registered guests staying at Lagoon View are allowed on the premises and in the pool area.
Quiet hours are 11pm-7am Friday-Saturday and 10pm-7am Sunday-Thursday
The pool equipment is off limits to guests. Any tampering will result in paying for replacement or repair costs.
The floats are for use at Lagoon View only; please do not take them to the beach.
