THE SPACE
This is a Three Bedroom Oceanfront residence inside Villa del Palmar Cancun — a AAA Four Diamond resort. The suite is 4,628 square feet across one level, with a private wraparound terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, oversized hammock, and floor-to-ceiling Caribbean views.

— Two bedrooms feature a deluxe king bed and en-suite whirlpool tub.
— Third bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bath.

THE RESORT
Villa del Palmar Cancun sits in Playa Mujeres, ~30 minutes north of Cancun International Airport and just outside the noise of the main hotel zone. The setting is calm — a private beach, five swimming pools, six restaurants, a full-service spa, kids' club, and daily activities (yoga, cooking demos, kayaking, paddleboards, beach volleyball, pickleball).

The resort is family-friendly with adult-only zones; couples and groups both work here. There's a marina nearby with whale shark tours (seasonal), Isla Mujeres ferry access, and Mayan archaeological sites within day-trip range.

ALL-INCLUSIVE — OPTIONAL
Your rental rate covers the suite (room-only). All-inclusive food and beverage packages can be purchased separately at the front desk during your stay if you'd like (typical rate ~$95 per adult per day, kids 11 and under half-price; subject to resort pricing at time of stay). Or pay-as-you-go at the resort's six restaurants and bars — you have a fully equipped kitchen either way.

GETTING THERE
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is ~30 minutes by car or shuttle. Resort can arrange private transfers or you can use Mexican-licensed services like Cancun Shuttle Transportation or USA Transfers. We're happy to share trusted recommendations after booking.

Saturday Dec 19, 2026 (4:00 PM check-in) through Saturday Dec 26, 2026 (11:00 AM check-out). This is a fixed seven-night week — partial weeks within the period are not available.

GROCERIES + STOCKING UP
There's a small market on the resort grounds for basics. For full grocery runs, the closest proper supermarkets are ~15 minutes away in the Puerto Cancun area (Walmart, Chedraui). Many guests pre-order via Cornershop / Rappi and have it delivered to the front desk.

ABOUT THIS RENTAL — please read
This residence is part of Villa del Palmar Cancun's resort inventory, and we're members of the resort's club program offering our reserved week to outside guests. Your stay is at the official resort — same front desk, same housekeeping, same restaurants, same everything as any direct-booking guest. There are a few specifics worth knowing up front:

— The reservation will be made directly in your name with the resort. After you book and pay your deposit, we'll provide your full guest information to the resort and they'll send you a direct confirmation. Your booking is held by the resort, not by us.
— At check-in you'll show ID and the resort confirmation. The resort may take a hold on your card for incidentals, same as any hotel.
— Resort/government fees (typically including a small daily resort service charge) may apply per stay and are paid directly to the resort at check-in. We'll confirm the exact amount when we send your check-in package; expect it to be modest relative to the rental.
— Your booking covers the suite. Resort amenities like the kids' club, pools, beach service, spa wet area, and most pool/beach activities are included. Some on-property perks (private cabana reservation, premium beach areas) may require a small fee or are reserved for the resort's elite tier members and not part of this rental.
— Check-in and check-out are at the resort's standard times. We can request late check-out for you but cannot guarantee it; the resort decides based on next arrival.
