3 bedroom, 2 bath one-story home in the heart of Tri-Cities Washington.

This home offers 2,000 square feet of comfort and relaxation! Located in west Kennewick, 8 minutes from Southridge sports complex and 6 minutes from Three Rivers Convention Center with easy access to the freeway.

Perfect for families, business travelers, or small groups, you’ll enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting with easy access to shopping, dining, parks, golfing and the area’s best wineries.

The space
This cozy 3 bedroom home, sleeps 9 guests.

The living room is open and bright, with comfortable couch, loveseat and recliner. In the Winter, the fireplace provides warmth and comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. Enough dish-ware to service 9 people as well as kid friendly dishes. High chair available, located in primary bedroom closet.

Three bedrooms provide the 9 sleep spaces. The primary suite includes a king bed, soaking tub, shower, and double vanity with a pack n play in the closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a pack n play in the closet. Bedroom 3 sleeps 5 with 2 twin bunk beds**, one has a trundle.

**Please note, the bunk beds have a 300lbs capacity, so top bunks may not be suitable for adult use. The top bunk mattresses can be moved to the ground or an air mattress is available upon requested.**

The primary suite includes a shower, separate soaking tub and double vanity. Bathroom 2 has a tub/shower combo. (Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash available)

High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air throughout, in-unit laundry (Detergent included), and Roku smart TVs make it easy to feel right at home.

Outside, you’ll find plenty of parking on the driveway and the street in front of the house. There is a private backyard area for relaxing in the fresh air. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, except for the garage and a locked owner’s closet near the front door.

Seamless Check-In. You’ll receive your personalized door code shortly before check-in time for a smooth, secure and complete privacy during your stay.

Other things to note…
No smoking or vaping. No pets on premises.
Large gatherings and parties are not permitted.

This property is equipped with an exterior security camera at the front door. They actively record video 24/7 and are strictly for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
