This listing grants exclusive access to the entire property, including a single-car garage with level 2 EV outlet and wall-mounted shelving for gear storage and an interior door leading to the main home. The ground floor features a private mother-in-law suite with its own exterior entrance, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the small fenced backyard and patio. A private interior door at the base of the stairs allows the suite to be seamlessly connected to or separated from the upper levels.

The second floor opens into the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. This level includes a half bathroom, a hidden laundry room, ample closet storage, and a patio with a peeking view of Mt. Hood.

The third floor houses three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom’s en-suite offers a spacious walk-in shower, while the centrally located second bathroom features a full bathtub. Every bedroom in the home is equipped with its own closet and storage space.

In summary, guests are welcome to utilize the following spaces during their stay:

1. Full access to the single-car garage (featuring a level 2 EV outlet and shelving for gear storage) and two free parking spaces on the driveway. Note: RVs and trailers are excluded.

2. The entire home—including the kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and in-home laundry room—is available for your private use.

3. You have exclusive access to the ground-floor back patio and small fenced yard, as well as the second-floor patio with its peeking view of Mt. Hood.

—Things to Know—

• We offer four queen beds, a couch, and a cot (available upon request). The standard accommodation is for eight guests. We welcome up to two dogs with a $200 pet fee. These fees cover additional preparation, wear and tear, and cleaning.

• Check-in after 4:00 PM | Checkout by 10:00 AM

• Prior to booking, please review and ensure you are comfortable with the House Rules and Safety & Property information section of this listing.

—Children and Infants—

• We are parents ourselves and understand how fast children (especially young) can get into trouble and danger and have taken measures to make the home safer for children and infants. Our “childproofing” measures and advertising of “suitable for children and infants” does not mean you can leave your children and infants unattended and unsupervised without risk. Please do not leave children unattended and without adult supervision.

• Safety notes:

~ Bedroom 3 has outlet covers on all outlets not covered up by furniture. Additional outlet covers are stored in the bedroom 3 dresser.

~ Bedrooms 2 and 3 have safety devices to help prevent an unlocked window from opening wide enough for a toddler to get through. Please note—no other windows in the home have this protection.

~ Bedroom 3 has padding on bed frame edges.

~ The bedrooms and kitchen have cordless blinds. Please note—the living room windows do not have this protection.

~ Bedroom 3 door stopper is not on the ground level.

~ We provide a stair guard/gate stored available for use in bedroom 3 closet.

~ We provide a travel playpen stored available for use in bedroom 3 closet.

~ Basic household cleaners/chemicals that a child could potentially access are only located under the kitchen and master bedroom sink. We provide adjustable child cabinet locks, stored in bedroom 3 dresser.

~ The living room TV has an anti-tip bracket mounted to wall.

~ The hot water heater is set to a maximum of 115 degrees F.

~ There are smoke detectors in every room.

~ There is a patio on the second floor that has a railing, however, an unsupervised child could climb over using chairs or items left outside there.

—Housekeeping—

• We trust that you will be responsible guests and treat us, our property, and our neighbors with respect.

• Please try to remember to remove your outdoor shoes at the main entryway while knowing that we understand shoes may be worn for medical or comfort reasons.

• We do not charge a cleaning fee and clean the house ourselves to pass the savings onto you so it is very helpful if you can at least help with pickup in these three main areas—
1) Please wash the dishes that you use,
2) note that food left out (not in containers) or uncleaned food messes will attract ants, and
3) throw excess trash and recyclables into trash bins (black lid trash, blue lid recyclables) located out front on the side of the garage.

• Don't worry about laundering your bedding or used towels before you leave. Used towels can be left hanging or on the ground and know that bedding can just stay on the beds.

• Please keep the bedding and other linens at the home. We provide outdoor-use towels located on the main entryway shelf for outside use so please feel free to take these outside with you. You can hang any that you use up on the entryway coat rack when you bring them back inside.

• Our operating license allows for two passenger vehicles to be parked in the driveway. No RVs or trailers are permitted to be parked in the driveway or private road. Usually there is free parking along the nearby city street, but this is not guaranteed and we can not officially offer you this parking.

Also about parking, the trash pickup is on Tuesdays, so if you can remember to park to leave enough room for the trash collector worker to get through to take the bin down to the road and back up the driveway that would be appreciated.

• Spaces may need to be inspected or serviced. Minimum 24 hour notice will be provided to guest(s) unless emergency access is required.

—Children and Infants—

• Please do not not leave children unattended or without adult supervision.

—Animals—

• $200 pet fee (maximum two dogs).

• Well behaved dogs only, maximum two (no cats allowed please). No dogs <1 yr old and we prefer them spayed/neutered.

• Please crate pets if you need to leave unattended. Crate available upon request. Leaving them locked in a room or on patio but free to run around is not crating your pet. Also, please supervise if not crated.

• Proof of shots and updated shot record may be required.

• Pets must be leashed when outside.

• Please try to keep pets off furniture and/or bed.

• Loud or unruly pets may be asked to leave.

• Located at the end of the lane, about 200 feet to the south, is a common grassy area for pets to do their business. Please pick up after your pet immediately. To help us maintain the "No Cleaning Fee" policy, please ensure the yard is free of pet waste upon checkout.

• Vacuum/sweep after your pet if it sheds excessively.

• The dog paw towels are provided for drying your dogs after a bath or when coming in wet. These are located on the main entryway shelf.

—Other—

• Is there any recommendation or accommodation you would like us to make? We work for you and love to hear suggestions—do not suffer in silence if something isn’t right.
