Booking Notes
- 30-night minimum stay and 90-nights maximum.
- Supplemental rental agreement required after booking
- Security Deposit: To help protect the home and its furnishings during extended stays, a refundable security deposit of $3,000 is required prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days after departure, less any lawful deductions for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, or guest-caused HOA violations, as outlined in the rental agreement.

Supplies:
The condo offers a starter supplier of shampoo/conditioner, toilet papers and dishwashing detergent/tablets. No restock these supplies during your stay.
