The Space:

Lakeview Lookout is a thoughtfully designed split-level home that maximizes both comfort and scenery.



Upstairs, you’ll find the main living area featuring massive windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase stunning lake views. The living room includes an oversized sectional, smart TV, and sound bar, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. The kitchen and dining area are also located on this level, along with a convenient half bath.



Downstairs is where all three bedrooms are located, offering a quiet and restful retreat:



Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Queen bed + Twin bed



There is also a full bathroom and a washer and dryer on this level for guest use.



Step outside to enjoy the expansive back patio that stretches the full length of the home, complete with a picnic table and unbeatable lake views, perfect for gathering, dining, and unwinding. A grill is also available on-site for guest use.



Guests will also have access to the private pier and a kayak for enjoying the water (use at your own risk).

Guests will have access to the entire home except for:



A locked garage space

A small storage closet on the upper level

Nestled in a peaceful lakefront community, this home offers a quiet and scenic escape perfect for slowing down and enjoying nature. The area is ideal for morning coffee with a view, evening sunsets over the water, and quality time away from the hustle.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a personal vehicle for getting to and from the property, as public transportation is limited in this area. Parking is available on-site.



Other Things to Note:

-The home is split-level with stairs required to access the common areas such as the living room, kitchen, patio, etc.

-The pier, kayak, and water activities are use-at-your-own-risk

-Please be mindful around the water, especially with children

-Some storage areas are locked and not accessible to guests
