Most Cape May rentals were designed for Airbnb. We're locals who renovated this house for ourselves — minimalist, organic, calm— then decided to share it with you while we travel this summer.
2 living rooms. Cozy gas fireplace. Chef's kitchen with espresso bar. Screened porch, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor shower. Cornhole, pickleball on the lawn. Home gym in the garage. This house was built for slowing down.
3 beds, sleeps 9, pets welcome. Brand new listing — book before everyone else finds it.
The space
The design is intentionally minimal. Two separate living rooms — main room has a smart TV and deep sectional, second room has a gas fireplace with French doors to the deck.
Chef's kitchen with professional range, Breville espresso bar, KitchenAid mixer, and real cookware.
All bedrooms upstairs so downstairs never wakes anyone. Garage has a home gym and workspace. Screened porch with BBQ. Fire pit in the yard. Cornhole, pickleball, and badminton gear included.
Guest access
Everything. Whole house, both living rooms, full kitchen, all three bedrooms, screened porch, BBQ, yard, fire pit, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, garage gym, and all the outdoor games. Nothing locked. Nothing off-limits.
Other things to note
Brand new to VRBO — this is our actual home, not an investment property. Private wooded lot on a quiet cul-de-sac. Trees on all sides, no rear neighbors. Cape May beach is 5 minutes. Downtown, Washington Street Mall, Sunset Beach, the lighthouse — all within 10. You're close to everything but it doesn't feel like it.
