The Space:

The center of Bingin, less than 300m flat walk from the beach, cafés, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, spas, and everyday essentials. This privately owned villa combines a prime location with generous indoor-outdoor living, making it easy for groups to spend time together while still enjoying the comfort of private en-suite rooms.



With spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, multiple bedrooms, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere, it offers the ideal setting to create unforgettable moments together in Bali.



The communal area: A large swimming pool with a shallow section perfect for children to play in or for adults to relax and cool off, complete with pool volleyball, outdoor cinema projector with sonos sound system, full-size pool table, ping pong table, board game spaces, a large dining table, comfortable lounge seating, yoga mats, yoga blocks, light dumbbells, skipping rope, balance board, volley ball and rugby ball for extra fun and entertainment,





We have a fully equipped, professional-grade kitchen with a large oven and separate griddle + grill/BBQ. Two fridges provide plenty of cooling for your beers and food. We can also provide details of catering services for your group: Please ask us for details/sample menus/costs.

Private chef and catering services available 07:00 - 23:00, making group dining effortless.



All 9 bedrooms are accessed by electronic key card and include air conditioning, en-suite shower/WC, 65-inch smart TV, mini fridge, Nespresso machine, Dyson hair dryer, natural latex mattresses, microfiber pillows, and 300-thread-count cotton sheets. Six rooms feature California king beds (2mx2m), while three rooms can be arranged as twins or converted into king beds with a topper, giving your group extra flexibility.



High-speed WiFi coverage is provided throughout the property via the latest MESH network system, with average speeds of 50–200 Mbps.

Please note that the main fiber-optic connection is strongest in the communal areas and may not fully extend into every room. Portable WiFi devices are also available for guests who require additional privacy or a dedicated connection for calls, remote work, or streaming.



Electronic blinds have been installed throughout the communal areas, allowing you to easily shade the space from strong sun or protect against rain - particularly during Bali’s wetter season from December to February.



The villa is especially convenient for guests who want to enjoy Bingin on foot. Nearby you’ll find beach access, a French bakery, popular restaurants, gyms, yoga venues, laundry, and several spas within just a few minutes’ walk. Parking is available for 2 cars and approximately 12 motorbikes, and airport transfers or local transport can be arranged in advance.



We’re happy to help arrange a wide range of experiences and private services during your stay, including yoga sessions, surf lessons, personal fitness training, wellness treatments, and more. We can also assist with organizing unforgettable island adventures such as speedboat trips, helicopter tours, private drivers, day excursions, and bespoke Bali experiences tailored to your preferences. All of these will be available for a purchase in your guest app after the booking.



Our villa manager will personally check you in and assist with anything you may need during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full villa, including all booked bedrooms, the communal living and dining spaces, pool area, kitchen, and parking. Bingin Beach stairs are less than 300 meters away, and many of the area’s best restaurants, gyms, cafés, and wellness spots are within walking distance.



The Neighborhood:

We are in a relatively peaceful location but being so close to Bingin Beach, restaurants and local houses, guests can expect some noise at times.



Getting Around:

Restaurants, gyms, shops, and the beach are all within walking distance. We’re happy to assist with transportation - whether that’s using our on-site golf cart for short trips, arranging motorbike rentals, or organizing a private car for you.



Other Things to Note:

A small onsite team, including 24/7 security, stays discreetly in a separate rear staff area and will access shared outdoor spaces for routine maintenance and care of the fish and turtles. If complete privacy is essential for your stay, this space may not be the ideal fit.



To help us keep the villa in excellent condition for every guest, we ask that all furnishings, linens, and towels are treated with care. Please avoid using white towels or pillowcases for makeup or sunscreen removal. Any damages will be claimed through Airbnb’s Host Protection program.



The villa is located in a quiet area and is not suitable for parties, loud music, or unapproved visitors. Only guests included in the original booking are permitted on the property. Additional visitors require prior approval from the owner.



Please note that the pool and pond are unfenced, and some architectural features such as the staircase may not be suitable for unsupervised children. Children are welcome, but active supervision is essential at all times. A bamboo safety fence can be arranged upon request for an additional rental fee.



Our fish and turtle pond is not for little (or big) hands to interfere with the creatures within and there is a large turtle, named Oscar who can bite.



As with many parts of Bali, occasional area power outages can happen. The villa does not have a backup generator.



Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM so the team has enough time to prepare the villa for incoming guests. If you expect to need a later departure, please arrange an extra night in advance.



If you plan to use the villa for a retreat, commercial stay, or room resale setup, please request approval before booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Our villa manager will visit the property daily and make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. He will also be available by telephone and the usual messaging service between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM in case you need her.
